Muni Krishna Munusaami is a highly skilled Head of Data Strategy & Insights with a passion for innovation and ideas that can eventually build businesses. With over 4 years of relevant experience, he has developed an expertise in data-driven strategy, financial planning, revenue growth, and fundraising. He is skilled in data analytics, business intelligence, data processing, and data warehousing. Muni is an IIT Bhubaneswar undergraduate, class of 2018, and has since worked for WorkIndia, India's largest recruitment marketplace. He joined the company as an Analyst, one of the first hires in their data vertical, and over the past 2.5 years, he has evolved as one of the core team members, helping them in the vision to solve the blue-grey collar recruitment space via technology. As Head of Data Strategy & Insights, he is part of the Investor Relations team and works to ensure that WorkIndia creates meaningful livelihoods for the world's largest blue-collar workforce. Muni has a proven track record of building data-driven business strategies to maximize revenue while controlling costs during the Covid-19 pandemic. He has also built LTV/CAC and payback period models. As Senior Business Data Analyst, he helped the Business team scale revenue 100% in 5 months and was part of the Investment team in Data Room and Due-Diligence stage to help close $6mn Series A fundraise from Xiaomi (Jan 2020). Muni's tech stack includes Python, Data Scientist, and Research Scientist.
